Shipping Policy

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times: We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as the only payment method for all orders. We partner with reliable courier services to ensure timely delivery across India:

  • Standard Shipping (COD Only): Estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days depending on your location.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors such as courier service availability, weather, or public holidays.

Shipping Costs:

  • We offer free shipping on all orders, so there are no shipping charges.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for all orders, and payment will be collected at the time of delivery. Please note that a COD handling fee may apply in some regions, which will be shown during checkout.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • We currently offer COD deliveries across India. However, COD may not be available in certain remote or rural areas where courier services do not offer this option.
  • P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO) are not eligible for delivery.

Order Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order's progress. You can also track your order through your account page on our website.

Lost or Damaged Items: If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assist in filing a claim with the courier service or arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Address Changes: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at the time of placing the order. Once the order is dispatched, we cannot modify the delivery address. If there is an issue with your address, please reach out to us immediately after placing your order.

Order Cancellations: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible.
