Return & Refund Policy

At PuraUniq, we take pride in curating unique and quirky products that bring joy and surprise to your everyday life. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help!

Return Window

You can initiate a return or refund request within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Criteria for Return & Refund

  • To be eligible for a return or refund, please ensure the following:

  • The item must be in the exact same condition as received—unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • The product should be returned in its original packaging, including tags, stickers, manuals, freebies (if any), and invoice.

  • Items must not show any signs of wear, use, or alteration.

  • Personalized, perishable, hygiene-sensitive, or clearance sale items are not eligible for return or refund unless damaged or defective upon arrival.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our support team at support@purauniq.com or through WhatsApp at 9953024169 within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Share your order ID, a brief reason for return, and clear photos of the product (in its current condition).

  3. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions including the shipping address.

  4. Customers are requested to safely pack the product to avoid damage in transit.

Note: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method (for prepaid orders) or via bank transfer (for COD orders).

  • Refunds are not applicable for items that fail to meet our return criteria.

Exchange

If you received a damaged or defective product, we’ll gladly offer a free replacement (subject to availability) or a full refund.
